It was a good attempt

I played RO, and was trying to make a movie as well.
Then I realized how much of a pain in the ass it is compared to, say, Mario.

Your KOF sprites blends great.

Maybe people didn't seem to realize the efforts it takes to edit and 'custom them' to fluent movement. Agh, it was a good movie anyway? 4? yeah, 4.

You could do much better

I suggest a background music, footsteps, you might wanna make the words 'clickable' to advance on to the next frame, possibly some more and hard fighting scenes to make it more interesting or someone like the first reviewer might just give up there.
I somehow feel you should put more effort into your speeches, but it's just my problem, I wonder if anyone else has the same feeling.
I see a lot of potentials, and I look forward to your next piece.
