Just make more of those giant thorns, (not the small ones) arise from the ground (maybe in a wave shape so you could give the player a small warning sign) and if that isn't enough, if one of those flying seeds/rocks/green boomerangs that she summons or throws at you touches the main character, apply a poison/life drain effect (life drain is different as it gives health back to the current boss that you're fighting against. :)

P.S. I'd suggest at least applying a poison effect since that's usually associated with plants in rpg's. :D

makes sense, but the idea of status effects seem a little redundant since the game don't really have consumable inventory. I'll play around with it, thanks for the idea!

The poison/life drain effect lasts a couple of seconds. :)

Interesting boss fight. What combination of stats and skills did you have? I have seen at least a strength of 2, dexterity of 2 and maybe an intelligence of 3.
I'm looking forward to see this in the actual game!
(I also noticed you made Ku Ha Dan to be quite ineffective against her.)

I nerfed the sliding kick, it now deals damage based on distance traveled. Gets up to 2.5x dmg at maximum distance, but 0.25x dmg at point blank range. Hopefully it would reduce the cheese.
